My journey in fitness and discipline began at the age of 17 as a school athlete. By 19, I became a national champion in track and field, which laid the foundation for my lifelong commitment to physical excellence. Soon after, I entered the world of martial arts, where I trained extensively and went on to become a certified martial arts instructor.

Seeking greater challenges and discipline, I joined the Navy, where I was recognized as the Best Recruit and received an award for outstanding performance. During this time, I completed several international and local professional courses, including Strength and Conditioning, further strengthening my expertise in physical training and performance.
