Course Objective
Specialized in functional movement course develops the skills needed to assess, understand, and improve functional movement in clients. Learners will study movement principles, identify abnormalities, and apply tools such as kettlebells, Bosu balance training, and mobility tests. Through hands-on practice, assessments, and case studies, students learn to design safe, effective functional training programs.
